Shipping policy

Dispatch time

We aim to dispatch items within 3-10 working days. 

Items that require you approve a digital proof maybe delayed if you do not respond to our messages in a timely manner. 

If you need your order urgently please message us before ordering. 

 

U.K Shipping

Items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Tracked 24.

Please be aware shipping times are an estimate from Royal Mail, please allow 3-4 working days fro Tracked 48 from dispatch and 2 working days for for Tracked 24.  

Items are not classed as lost until 14 working days after it should arrive. 

 

Please Note

Please be aware the Christmas period, bank holidays and any strikes may delay post arriving in the standard time frame.

 

International Orders outside the U.K.

Items are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked or International Tracked and Signed.

It is the customer who is responsible for covering the costs of any import or custom taxes or fees associated with receiving the product. 

International orders can take up too 2 - 6 weeks to arrive from dispatch. Please be patient and allow time for your parcel to arrive.
